Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sahm Markets, operated by ACG (acg.foundation), handles personal data. Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as payment processor. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree M/19 of 2021) and, for users in the European Union, the GDPR. Where these laws differ, we apply the one that protects you most.

1. Data we collect

Name, email, WhatsApp number, payment data (handled by the payment provider; we never store card details), how you use the student area, and cookies.

2. Why we use it

To deliver the course, provide support, send you messages about your account, issue invoices, improve the product and, with your consent, measure and target ads.

3. Legal bases

Performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests and our legal obligations, depending on the purpose.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with providers we need to run the service: payment processing, email, hosting and, with consent, advertising tools. Some of them process data outside your country. When that happens we rely on safeguards the law accepts, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Students can download or delete their data in My Account → Privacy. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

6. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as the purposes and our legal obligations (such as tax records) require, with access controls and encryption in transit.

7. Cookies

We use necessary cookies and storage (login, security and preferences). The only optional tracker is the Whop Pixel, which measures which of our ads bring visitors. It is off by default and only loads if you click Accept in the cookie banner; a browser that sends Global Privacy Control counts as a decline. With your consent it records page views, browser and device details, approximate location and the page or ad that brought you, plus a few moments: viewing the pricing or a course page, signing up for the free mini-course, sending the contact form and clicking our email address. When you sign up or send the contact form, the name and email you entered are included, so the ad platforms we use (for example Meta, Google or TikTok) can tell whether one of their ads brought you. Whop handles this data under its own privacy policy. One exception: when we test our setup from our own Whop dashboard, Whop opens the site with a one-time whop_verify link, and in that tab only, for at most 10 minutes, the pixel loads without asking. 8. Children

The platform is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
