Lot size calculatorThe week opens with the Sydney session: Sunday at 23:00 Saudi Arabia time in winter. It closes when New York closes: Saturday at 01:00. Your broker's exact hours can differ by a few minutes.
The London–New York overlap, when volume and moves are largest: 16:00 – 20:00 in winter and 15:00 – 19:00 in summer. Main US data come out at 16:30 (winter), so check the economic calendar before you trade that hour.
Saudi Arabia doesn't change its clocks, but London and New York do (from late March to late October, and New York from mid-March to early November). So in summer the London and New York sessions start one hour earlier in Saudi Arabia time.
